I went to the Gibson factory in Memphis and they had a reasonable pile there too, which they were proud to show off on the factory tour, from the perspective that they would never be sold. It felt a little like they were showing off, that they would never allow seconds in the market, but of course at their price range, they can't afford to have 'bad' instruments.
It'd be a good exercise, but writing in other languages is very different to conversational language. Some of the AIs are very good at translation though, so it could be worth a try.....
That's the problem though right? Imagine an awesome playing guitar with a terrible paint job for half price. I'd probably buy it as a collector's item and could potentially sell it for more than one that came out perfect.
I didn't know there was such a big business selling refurbished guitars. Like it.
I remember going to the Fender factory a couple years ago. You’d be surprised at how many guitars never see the light of day.

In totally unrelated news, over the past few months I’ve been learning Italian. Maybe I can make a side newsletter for our European friends. 😂

That was exactly how it was at Fender too! I’m sure there’s a ton of players that would benefit from a guitar that was simply sprayed wrong, etc
